Refund & Remake Policy

Every Likeness Co portrait is custom-made for one specific pet, which means it can't be restocked or resold. Instead of a traditional returns process, we do something better: we make sure you love it before it exists.

The Preview Promise

1. You approve before we print. After you order, we create your portrait and send you a free digital preview. Nothing is printed until you approve it.

2. Unlimited free revisions. Markings not quite right? Eyes not sparkling the way they do in real life? Tell us what to change and we'll revise it — free, as many times as it takes.

3. Full refund before printing. If we can't get it right, or you simply change your mind before approving your preview, you get a full refund to your original payment method. No questions, no forms, no hassle.

4. Free remake or refund if something goes wrong after printing. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the preview you approved, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll reprint and reship it free, or refund you — your choice. You don't need to ship anything back.

5. Wrong or missing items. If you receive the wrong item or your order is incomplete, we'll fix it at no cost to you, immediately.

What we can't refund

Because every piece is custom-printed after your approval, we can't accept change-of-mind returns after you've approved the preview and printing has begun. Your approval of the preview is the moment of commitment — that's why we make revisions unlimited and free before it.

Gift cards and discounted final-sale items are non-refundable.

How refunds work

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, email us and we'll chase it down.

European Union & United Kingdom customers

Under EU and UK consumer law, custom-made and personalized goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period once production has begun with your approval. Your Preview Promise rights above apply in full before that point, and your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected.
