Where we ship

United States and Canada. US orders print and ship from US facilities; Canadian orders from Canadian facilities where available — so your portrait isn't crossing a border to reach you.

Timeline

Preview: delivered to your email within a few hours of ordering (often faster)
Production: begins only after you approve your preview; printing takes 2–5 business days
Delivery: 3–7 business days after production, depending on your location
Total typical time from approval to doorstep: about 5–12 business days

Holiday deadlines

During gift season we publish a clear "order by" date on the site for guaranteed pre-holiday delivery. Approve your preview by the stated date and we guarantee arrival — if we miss a deadline we've guaranteed, we'll refund your shipping at minimum and make it right.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.

Delays, damage, and lost packages

Carriers occasionally have bad days. If tracking stalls, your package is lost, or your order arrives damaged, email hello@likenessco.com — we'll reprint, reship, or refund per our Refund & Remake Policy. You will never be stuck holding the bag for a carrier's mistake.
